Great piece, Georgia! I related to so much of what you shared. I’ve had an on again, off again relationship with Instagram for a few years. It’s like a problematic ex or addiction I kept going back to even though I knew it was ruining me. I’ve finally cut the cord of regular use and deactivated my account. Here’s to a more peaceful existence and fuck Meta.
